Wealth Advisory in Toronto

Wealth advisory goes beyond product selection. As an FCSI® Fellow, I take a holistic view of your financial picture — protection, growth, estate planning, and tax efficiency — using insurance-based strategies.

A Holistic Approach to Wealth Protection

Wealth advisory is about more than choosing products. It is about understanding your complete financial picture — your assets, your liabilities, your family structure, your business interests, your tax situation, and your goals — and then building a protection and growth strategy that serves all of these together.

As a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), I bring advanced knowledge of financial markets, portfolio theory, and wealth management strategies to every advisory relationship. My recommendations focus on insurance-based solutions that provide guarantees, tax advantages, and estate planning benefits that other product categories cannot.

Key Advisory Areas

Estate Planning uses life insurance and segregated funds to ensure wealth transfers efficiently to your beneficiaries. Named beneficiaries on insurance products bypass probate, saving your estate both time and the Ontario Estate Administration Tax (approximately 1.5% of estate value above $50,000).

Tax-Efficient Strategies leverage the unique tax treatment of insurance products. Permanent life insurance policies accumulate cash value on a tax-deferred basis. Corporate-owned insurance can fund tax-free capital dividends. Prescribed annuities provide level income with a favourable tax treatment for non-registered funds.

Business Succession planning uses insurance to fund buy-sell agreements, key person coverage, and shareholder protection. When a business partner passes away or becomes disabled, properly structured insurance ensures the business can continue without financial disruption.

Creditor Protection is a significant advantage of insurance-based products for business owners and professionals. Segregated funds with irrevocable beneficiaries are generally protected from creditors in the event of bankruptcy or lawsuit — a protection securities products do not offer.

Important Disclosure: Wealth advisory services are limited to insurance-based products and strategies. All-Financials does not provide securities advice, mutual fund recommendations, or discretionary portfolio management. The FCSI® designation reflects educational achievement and does not constitute a licence to deal in securities.

Frequently Asked Questions

A broker works for you, not the insurance company. I shop 40+ carriers to find you the best rate and coverage. Direct insurers only sell their own products. With a broker, you get unbiased advice and someone who advocates for you during claims.

No. Brokers are paid by the insurance companies, not by you. There's no additional cost for using a broker, and we often find lower rates because we can compare across dozens of insurers.

Most quotes are ready within 24 hours. For straightforward auto or home insurance, I can often provide a quote the same day. Complex commercial or multi-policy packages may take 2-3 business days.

I serve clients across Ontario. Whether you're in Toronto, the GTA, or anywhere in the province, I can help with your insurance needs.

Absolutely. I work with high-risk insurers as well as standard markets. Whatever your situation — tickets, accidents, or new driver — I'll find you the best available rate.

You call me directly. I'll guide you through the process, advocate with the insurer on your behalf, and make sure your claim is handled fairly and promptly. That's the broker advantage.

Wealth advisory covers a comprehensive review of your financial protection needs, estate planning objectives, tax-efficient strategies, and long-term wealth preservation. I use insurance-based products — segregated funds, annuities, life insurance, and critical illness coverage — as tools within a broader financial plan.

A financial planner may recommend a broad range of products including securities. My practice is focused on insurance-based solutions. I work alongside your existing financial planner, accountant, or estate lawyer to integrate insurance-based products into your overall plan.

The Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) is the highest distinction awarded by CSI. It recognizes advanced knowledge and ethical commitment in financial services. Note: FCSI is an educational credential and does not constitute a securities licence.
